Heated aggregate is first dumped into the pugmill and the Asphacolor Integral Color for Hot Mix is then added (prior to the addition of oil) at a rate of at least one bag per ton (2,000 pounds) of the asphalt final mixture. The hot oil (bitumen) is then added and mixed to make the final Asphacolor hot asphalt.
